Fly Creek Aerial Yoga offers group, private, kiddo, teen and mommy / daddy and me aerial yoga classes. We design and book specialized camps, workshops for all ages and team building sessions for businesses and organizations. Our studio also offers mixed style mat yoga classes.

 

Located right next door to the Fly Creek Cider Mill, classes are low intensity and high impact, with a focus on building strength, encouraging flexibility, and releasing tension and stress. All levels of practice and fitness are welcome. Our studio is designed to maximize a peaceful, intimate, welcoming setting for a deeper connection to one's authentic self.
